12V sockets not working

Guys,

after a few months I am owning a 2012 20i (E89) I discovered both 12V sockets are not working. I cannot charge my mobile or connect any device that requires power supply, and that's very annoying...
I read some of you had a similar issue (mostly fuse box related) but none had this malfunctioning for both sockets.

Any advice?

Both sockets go through one 20amp fuse, according to the wiring diagram and my experience of a tyre pump blowing the fuse.
There is also a optional third socket, passenger side near the right knee position.
Just check if you have that and it's not causing a problem.
