108’s in a Coupe

I would guess at 2 in the boot and 2 in the passenger seat/footwell using a blanket to protect trim, or as mentioned 3 in the boot perhaps open strapped down, don’t forget to protect the rear screen
 
I don't think you'd get 3 in the boot. I picked up a couple of front tyres (so 225/40 X 18) and once they were in I don't think I would have got another one in - unless the tailgate was open. :lol:

So if it's 2 in the boot, the other 2 would need to go on the passenger seat or passenger footwell - but I've never tried as I use my daily for shifting wheels about!
 
3 in the boot, 1 on passenger seat, there same size as the MV2s and some one fitted em in that way
 
Thanks for the replies, I’ll be getting some new wheels soon either TSW Tremblants or Beyern Spartans, i haven’t decided which yet. So it’s a matter of how I will transport the old wheels home. The wife has volunteered to bring her car as well. I’m buying the new wheels from LK Performance in Leeds, so it’s an 190 mile round trip. 9897F127-DDD6-4D4E-B763-0774782B242C.jpeg
 
I assume you are considering doing it this way because they are swapping your tyres to the new wheels for you?

No, I’m ditching the run flats, so it’s new wheels and tyres plus laser wheel alignment.
At this moment I’ m in the process of ordering a set of Beyern Spartans 18” Hyper Silver .
Two of the wheels are currently in California and the other two are in Georgia. I’ll have to wait 10 days to get them fitted.
 
I think I'd just get them posted if it were me.

I very much doubt you'd get three in the rear, and I'd be more concerned at scuffing the trim up trying to squeeze everything in.
 
I had 2 108s in rear of my coupe recently , Dynamo would struggle getting a third in & closing the hatch :oops:
 
So, what I would do. Get my nice new wheels posted to my house. Take said wheels to a local tyre place you trust (in the wifes car) to have the tyres of your choice fitted, or if you purchased tyres from Black Circles etc take new wheels and tyres. Bring them home and fit them yourself. Far less jack damage, wheel damage, correct pressure, and wheel bolts you can actually undo! I am assuming that like most of us you posses a trolley jack and a torque wrench? Store the 108's away for winter tyres or sell them on here. Then drive to your appointment to have the alignment done. :)

To be honest, because these wheels and tyres are in the premium range, I want everything done in one go. That way if there are any problems I won’t have to drive 90 miles back to the retailer. I’m also getting the wheel alignment checked.Looking forward to getting rid of the RF’s
Also I plan to keep the 108’s as they have a low value. And if I ever sell the car,at least I’ll have the original wheels.
