Picked up the Z last week from Lepsons after getting a full refurb on my 108s and they look so much better really nice to clean the wheels without bits of paint ending up in my wash mit not the best pics as the glare of the wheels played havoc with the camera the finish is very good gave them a 9 out of 10 as I found one small flaw but you have to get on your knees to see it and a 10 out 10 for service very polite and friendly.

Sadly I have already picked up some tiny chips     but they are wheels at the end of the day so its gonna happen

Look's a tidy job on the rims  now get those weights painted
Can we ask the ££ ?

Thanks gents its £600 with vat but I got £60 off as on one of the wheels the paint felt dry so they kept the car and done that wheel again plus paid all my train fares

Are those standard (original oem) colours?

The finish is one of Lepsons 4 Silver options they look no different on the car colour wise than before they will colour match to the wheels oem finish if you wish but if in the future you need a repair on one wheel it could mean having all four resprayed as it would be a fresh batch of paint as for the inside of the rim its a very light grey base coat not sure what oem had as when I bought my Z from BMW they had them refurbed badly and had blown over the inside of the rim with Silver paint

they look better than the factory finish imo.... But 600 i Very VERY steep.
Yes, but 108s have to be dismantled and reassembled which makes refurbishment expensive - Lepsons standard price for an 18" wheel is £60 +VAT (+£10 if they have to remove/refit the tyre)

Looks a good job but I agreed a very expensive one at that. I got a quote from the wheel specialist company in newcastle £400 cash and £300 if I split them myself.

Remember, everything's more expensive in the South-East :x

All three of my sets had diamond cutter inners, but CJ had some with grey inners.

As said above its not cheap down here :( but I do not see this job as very expensive not cheap either there are other places but Lepsons have such a good rep I chose them the price included removal and refitting of tyres splitting the rims diamond polish and storage of the car for a week.

The way I look at it I end up with 4 mint 108s better than oem as beedub said for £540 with my discount a new set your looking around £1800 and that's not from BMW then you got to get your tyres fitted :(

Diamond polished inner would be lovely think that's what mine had under the paint when I bought the car dread to think what that would cost to get done.

completely aware of that, these are very easy to split at home. very easy.

My Lepsons refurbished wheels look dreadful after about 5k miles. Chipped to pieces. I really don't get why this company has such an amazing reputation but I've probably just been unlucky. :(

bradders that is surprising and from what i hear about them and their Rep this is unusual, they may give you a free refurb, have you tried to talk to them about this?

How long since you got them done if still under warranty get them to take a look I will be keeping a careful eye on mine for any probs as they are not cheap so expect the best chips is something that is gonna happen but surprised I picked them up so quick.

My 3.0 had the 108's done at Platinum in Swindon just before I Bought it and the receipt showed £683.00
I'm not sure if that included any straightening, etc but they did look the dogs...
