108’s and spacers?

Also considering this as well. Got 2 sets of 108's (winters and summers) and I do want the rears to level with the body better. Are 20mm hubcentric spacers advisable? Don't plan to put any on the front tbh

I have 20mm hubcentric on the rear and it is certainly a better look and feels fine.
I inherited them with the car along with some 10mm (I think) on the front. They came off straight away, and the steering improved vastly.

That's what I was also worried about, steering, hence my decision to just go for the rear spacers. Happen to have a pic by any chance? Would love to see the fitment and how flush the wheel is with the arch

There was a Montego with with approx.10 /15mm on here.

M#LUD think the plate was.

That used to be my car. 12/15mm is the sweet spot, anymore + lowering and you'll be eating your arches.

I went with 12 and 15 on my E86 with the 108s and it sat perfectly, no rubbing etc. and full lock was fine.
It wasnt lowered though, to be honest it didnt need it there is literally two fingers width gap between the tyre and the edge of the arch.

Was there enough for 20mm or was it too tight? running an e85 and im debating if 20mm is a bit too much for the rears

I never tried those sizes, general consensus was 12/15 and to be honest that pretty much puts them out to the arches so didnt see the need for any more. I also think just spacing the back by 20mm would make the front to back look very odd. You need to space both.

How's this?
They're MV2s and not 108s, but the same size. Best angle I can get at the moment due to where it's parked (and no chance of getting the fronts in as well...)

Thanks! Looks good. Heading to the tyre shop tomorrow so I will check if they also have 18mm's in stock. Does it look abnormal with rear spacers and no front spacers?

Just did it. Slip on hubcentric spacers. 15mm on the rears, none on the front. I personally think its perfect. didnt want to mess with the steering by adding spacers to the front, maybe its a misconception from my side but either way, i am happy with the current results :driving:
