108 Split Rim Refurb

Hi

Trying to get my 108s split rims refurbed as they are badly corroded. One dealer I went to said they would not do it as it means "splitting the rims"
Does anyone know anywhere in Susssex or surrounding area that can do a proffesional job? and what sort of price am i looking at
