Not sure how you come to the conclusion it's been crashed from that photo. It's really easy to have had the bumper off and not put it back on quite straight. Same with the lights, they can be a bitch to line up if you've had them off. All that said, if he's just not lined the bumper up properly it's pretty poor to leave it like that.
