100k service/mot coming up

my 2003 Z4 3.0i is about to hit the 100k mark

not sure what work has all been carried out before (other than shocks and springs that had snapped the previous owner mentioned)
so decided i'll go for
-front/rear discs pads and sensors
-new handbrake shoes (http://www.mtecbrakes.com/mtecsh1395-handbrake-shoes.html is 1x of these enough to do both sides? is it a set i mean)
-control arms+bushes (which i assume is http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150821607166 set)

anything else i should be looking to change at 100k outside of a standard service?, i've changed the cabin air filter and the disa valve mod recently already.
 
Things like discs/bushes should be flagged up at MOT time if they are worn so I wouldn't change them unless they were an advisory on the last test?
Likewise pads, the sensors only need replacing if the pads have worn enough to bring up the dashboard warning.

Gearbox and Diff fluids.

If you're going to do the control arms then you might as well do the drop links and ARB bushes front and rear. RTABs are probably worth doing too.

ah the discs are just "aged" looking and with the 313 wheels considerably more noticeable so i'd been wanting to change them purely for that tbh

All ordered/most have arrived
Front/Rear discs pads, handbrake shoes and wear sensors
new front control arms + bushes
Front/Rear droplinks
Front/Rear rollbar powerflex bushes
Rear trailing arm bushes

Expensive enough of a hit before labour costs!
what kinda time do you reckon labour wise to change the control arms/bushes?
