Just hit 10,000 miles, bought the car back in march this year. :D
Security update booked for the 27th, love this car. :)

Pretty much yes, no near misses or anything like that, roof down as often as possible, weather permitting, just the odd knobhead trying to mix it but yeah fun all the way really. :D
 
Your post made me get out of my armchair and take a look at mine sitting in the garage with the battery trickle charger conected!

I didn't get the car new so can't claim all of them, but the ones I'm responsible for I have thoroughly enjoyed. :D

I imagine it will be the software update to overcome the ease at which BMWs can be stolen through coding blank keyfobs via the OBD port. 2012 onwards aren't affected.

We had the security update done on our E90 since then the Voice command/Dial button on steering wheel does not operate, dealership reckons glip on software downoad from germany !! waiting for dealershiop to get back to me with a remedy !
 
Bought mine in March too and I have just over 2000 miles on the clock - it's not a complete daily but if I don't have the use of hubby's car then I have to use the Zed come rain or shine! Dreading Jan/Feb especially - roll on top down weather!!

God waiting for better weather I did 180 miles yesterday just for a run ,if you are waiting for better weather in this country it will never come out the garage
