well the car must have heard me talking about selling and got the hump... on the way home the misses asked me to get some bits and pieces, so i stopped off at co-op and parked in my usual spot down the far end of the car park, hardly any cars around, anyway, i'm probably in there about 10 minutes, and i get back to the car to find this:
CCTV doesnt cover that far up the car park, there were a couple of people loading their cars up with shopping who didnt see anything, but they wouldnt have as they were in front of me in the checkout queue. The only other place it could have happened is at work, but i would have noticed that as i walked up to the car i reckon. i HATE stuff like this, so i've been in a bad mood all evening :thumbsdown: looks fairly minor now i've cleaned it up, there was white paint transfer on my car when i first came back to it, but i'm still properly annoyed about the anonymous git that has done this. WHY do people think its OK to damage other cars and then f*ck off???????

yeah bummer about the scratch but it will be sorted asap.... I cant abide imperfection!Ive given myself until end of august to consider what im doing as there absolutely won't be another m like this for sale anytime soon I wouldnt think. I'm not desperate for the money so could moth ball it for a while I suppose, but that goes against my usual car ethos.. cars are for driving! Mortified I havent used this one more!

What happened to yours? What do the skirts look like? Sounds like a good mod...
I've been quoted in the region of £200 by two smart repairers so far on mine. Just waiting for autorestore to come back to me and then I'll pick one, autorestore are supposedly a cut above smart repairs from what I've been told....

Certainly are. It's minor damage, but the rest of the car is so mint it sticks out like the proverbial thumb! OT but I see in your sig you have extended storage, what was included in that pack?
Its cup holders and the net wallet in the passenger footwell, I've got pockets too on the back of my seats too , marketing men must have come up with the term Extended Storage 
Ah ok, I've got cup holders but not the other bits (never checked behind seats to be fair). I think having to pay extra for the cup holders is a crime these days....

if i was the buyer of this car and came across this thread i'd want money knocking off the car so i could get it done properly.... these smart repairers may do a good job but their work is visible in certain lights ect ect... Dont skimp, get it done properly.... This is one instance where you really "get what you pay for"....
