Nice write up Allan - congrats on a year of one M manship - now if only you had kept it garaged, unused and wrapped in a blanket of microfibers you could have it up for sale of for £30-40K - assuming PVR would let you of course - I'm sure there's a profit share clawback clause in there somewhere, preventing such an event. Well done Bing. Although I'm now in the low mileage garage queen clan I did use mine as a DD for the first year and did 14k so I've seen both sides.

The good news is you'll probably love it just as much after 5 years. I know I do mine. :thumbsup:

Congrats Allen on your first year of ownership, had mine 1 year and 4 months now and still have a smile from ear to ear every time I get in and fire up, oh and I can knock a nought off your mileage I've only done about 1,500 in that time :thumbsup:

Congrats Bing. Only had ours 2 months and done 500 or so miles. Well done on the 15K though. Ours is only insured for 4K miles but I have a feeling we will be extending it.

Never had a car make me laugh like an M. Even though the Supra TT was beautiful to look at and went like a rocket with the second turbo, the M is savage performance wise and is manageable up through the gears. I haven't really pushed it hard around the corners yet and loosened up the back end but I assume it will warn me before it bites... :driving:

I had plans to go 911 eventually (2 years) but I have a funny feeling this car is going to keep me "interested" for a while.

This I did not know - sorry about that :oops: ... I do know Jembo was in the mix as well, so I must have been his least preferred choice of new owner, hence his continued denial :D
