1 series M....it's already over!

Probably the same thing here! They haven't a car yet but wanted to book me a test drive. Not got back to them yet.

you know what, even if they said they are only making 10 of these things in the space of a week i still wouldnt feel like i have missed out.
 
Road test in Autocar this week.

0-60 in 4.6s
0-100 in 11.3s

The in-gear times were suitably rapid as well. The gearing seems way off though - 113mph in 3rd gear? 75mph in 2nd?

They just aren't growing on me. The Z3 Coupe is odd-looking but distinctive, but these just don't have the same sort of character. As said above, I'd like it more as a hatch, I think.
 
Hmm I also think that as a hatch it would be immense. I just don't really like the coupe shape, but the 3 door looks much better.
 
Clarkson couldn't fault it last night on Top Gear!

Stig just beat the lap time of the M3 around the Top Gear track also and it was slightly damp! 8)
 
Must admit i was drawn in by his glowing review of it, and the Stig going sideways for most of the lap. 8)
