1,554 mile trip, success!

I just moved from Texas to Ft. Myers, Florida. Packed everything I own into the Z4 and went half way across the United States. 1500 mile trip toke me nearly 32 hours-- 26 of those driving. After that long in a bucket seat, sleeping in the car, I was glad when I made it here. There were some amazing sights! crossed over the Mississippi river top down, drove under the ocean in a tunnel that made my car sound REALLY good! I will never make a trip like that again in the Z4, but it was an experience I wont forget!

Sounds like a great trip, fitting everything into a Z4 is some achievement. Best of luck with your new location.

I would love the experience of touring America. Maybe one day.

Sounds like a road trip and a half. Enjoy your new home. I could never fit everything I own in a Z4. My shoes alone would take up most of the space, and I have no idea where I would fit 6 sewing machines !

LOL! that's what my trunk/boot looked like, If you'd open it, everything looked like it was about ready to spring out! I managed to leave the passenger seat open for food (pizza) and a gallon of tea.

Benefits of being young, I haven't accumulated much.

Wow, after packing the zed for camping hols a couple of times I'm impressed that you could get all your stuff in. Hope the new start goes well for you

I'd like to know how you put the top down without losing half your stuff . the back dash looks pretty crammed

I do trips like that fairly regularly but I leave the kitchen sink at home, well done.
