07 z4mc interlagos leicester

Hi guys n' gals.. went to look at z4mc interlagos blue at sytner Leicester today. LJ07 HSV 49900 miles They've just received it so it was pre prep/auc etc.

Body panels were ok apart from a near side door ding, nearside rear light panel fit (rear quarter) was a bit off, front chin thingy bump and the wheels were in need of a refurb. Untidy especially for £17800 ish although most of this would be done in prep.
I asked to see the service book which shows it's had its running in service done at 1170miles or there about but the next service stamp was for inspection 1 at 21000miles almost exactly 3 years later :( ..
of course I queried this and was told its all ok ... I gave my thanks and departed

They seem to be on the up, especially < 40k miles on the clock.

£18k seems to be the norm for AUC now.

A colleague of my brother-in-law sold a blue MC 3 years back to WBAC for 16k and that only had 26k on the clock.

I'm surprised they're selling it as AUC with an incomplete history. That's a strong price negotiator.

Dealers don't seem to care as both you and me know Stuart My first //M and yours both have non 100% BMW service record for one reason or another. If the dealer is happy with the car they can sell it. AUC is a guideline by all accounts.

x2, ///MC's appear to be priced very aggressively at the moment, much higher than in Q2 and Q3 of last year.

Are you still looking? Not great news for buyers....although good longer term prospects.
