Hi everyone, new to this forum. just did my valve cover replacement last week and I did not know I need re learning the valvetronic motor. and I crank that HEX screw few time which locate on center of motor. Now I tried to remove it and re position it and re learning with XTOOL D8. But I still can not reset the limit. In ignition 2 position that I can hear valvetronic motor is cranking. I am able to start the engine and without any alarm/code. in this case do I need order a new valvetronic motor ? (I noticed the book said I should never counterclockwise turn it, on turn it on clockwise, but i check the worm and servo motor found nothing really damaged.) what if I do not do the re learning, is that safe to drive ?
