Does anyone know how many Z4 M's have been made so far?

We have been through 2 model years so far and I tried a search but the only thing that came up was the Z3 M's
Even if its US Sales only Id like to know how many Z4 M's are around

Unfortunately, his source (I think it was BMW direct) stopped feeding him numbers, so his reports stopped short last year.
