Need to see 1st when Simon wnat,s rid of the car , 2nd if i can get down that day or 3rd if i go the lazy route & get it delivered ? £235 cheapest quote to have it lowloaded to Lancs which i don't think is too bad considering it will take me the best part of 10/12 hours return + £80/£100 in expenses .
There is something of a buzz though with the first drive on a long run home

Funds are paid & collection is booked for tomorrow at 11am not by me i'm afraid but a fella called Will should be offloading it down my driveway around 6pm

Got me in the end roady fan's in truth there have been a few Zs both coupes & convertibles that i almost pulled the trigger on the last few months but just didn't work out
Still weighing up the pros & cons RE train down/drive home myself or car moving company ?
Really looking forward to getting it home & in tiptop order + a few minor enhancements :wink: A fresh set of shoes may well be on the cards
I won't be doing the jobs myself so realistically its going to be mid October before its tucked up in the garage as i go away for 2 weeks end of Sept & my Indy pal is away at the same time .
Then all being well a Normandy jaunt mid to late November should any south coasters fancy a weekend break on the calvados

This is so cool Andy great to see you back in a zed. Right if your away drop it round mine with a bag full of cash. And I bet it will scare your pants off when you pick it up??!!

i do fancy the rear box mod & would be good to combine with a weekend break that mrs w could be involved with in your locality sometime before xmas ?

Me too si 2 tone 108,s would be the way to go i think but i picked up a set of style 128 19,s on friday that i may try bit aggressive offset though at 24 :?
