03 windshield frame cover replacement

hi Zmasters, i'm trying to replace the windshield frame cover but i can't figure out how to get the two rear supports (2 white stubbies) in. I got one in and tried to force the other side but didn't work. any ideas? thanks

Sorry guys, i know i like pics too. i'm replacing the windshield frame cover because the old broke.



but can't figure out how to connect both side of what i call the rear support, the white thingy, and the square hole on the windshield frame cove

guys, i haven't heard back from anyone after i posted the pics. I connected one side and the other side is off. There must be an easy way but i haven't been able to figure it out. the question is how do i connect the 2 windshield frame cover supports? thanks

I'm saying this purely from memory, but I thought the white plastic thing should be inserted into the square hole in the cover first. then you hold it up in place and put the screw in from the outside of the frame. The plastic bit is the 'nut' that the screw threads into.
To access this screw you need the roof about halfway back.
