'03 seats, replace or refurbish?

Hey all, I've got an 03 and find the leather seats rather flat and unsupportive. My question is...what have others done with 17 year old leather seats to bring them back to life? Costs?

I had mine rebuilt with thicker foam throughout and recovered in Bentley leather last year.

The standard sport seats? I replaced mine with E46 M seats and sold my Z4 seats on.
