02 sensor

hi everyone
have a question hope someone can shed some light on
had a code last week saying 02 sensor has a bad heater response
put in a new bosch 02 sensor
car runs ok but i get the check engine light pop up now and then with code002c46
it’s a 2,0 litre 07 and it was pre cat sensor bank 2

The DME on these cars is overly sensitive with regard to the O2 sensor readings.
My bet is that there is nothing wrong at all.
My vote is, clear the code and go for a burn. See if it returns.

Resetting the adaptations using INPA might help it get used to the new sensor faster if you haven't already.

yes seems like the 2.0 can be a bit temperamental I only drive it to work which is only 3 miles will take it for a good run the weekend
Don’t know if my snap on souls will reset the adaptations
I’ve also got full version of Carly never seen it on there
