In the German price list, the G29 40i is 10Kg heavier than the E89 35is :thumbsdown:

If this is true is this the main reason they went back to a soft top?
If they were to make it a folding hard top it would be even heavier!

Sorry peeps, the point I am making is simple. The G29 should be better all round, especially as it has had over 5 years of advancement over its last predecessors facelift in 2013 if my facts serve me correct, although I'm sure one of you will correct me otherwise! Why has it no 'x' drive? It should be quicker than a cheetah with an upset tummy! But it's not.

Some of this stuff written here back in 2016 has definetly changed!
