So I bit the bullet Having service & bearings sametime means shared oil cost 👍 Car’s on 68k & there’s copper showing on a couple of bearings - :? Looking back, was stored by 1st owner after used for 15k, then placed in the trade before Ian (previous owner) bought it… & being a petrol head...

Registered to my stepson at my address. These FFZ series from DVLA go for £250 & he’s just spent another £80 placing on retention £230 or something reasonably close either posted or emailed after cleared funds. I also still have a Coupe plate of MC 51ZED on retention Cheers

I am gobsmacked having had these replaced today. Made a real noticeable difference to the way it drives, especially under load. IMO almost on the same level as fitting RTAB’s & RTAL’s Despite the £200 plus VAT having them fitted, was worth every penny👍

Interested to learn people’s thoughts on using thread locker (TL) on wheel bolts. Been using it on some suspension components recently, then thought about wheel bolts. WDYT?

Decided to have a couple of bits of preventative maintenance done in March before the summer rush since SORNing the car in October.. So went to the lockup 20 min from home, reduced tyre pressures from winter storage & she started first time... happy days, Initially after leaving the lockup...
