Car Shampoo for Jet Wash

Does anyone use Karcher Car Shampoo to jet wash the car? It is just too cold (and I'm lazy) in winter to hand wash my zed. Can the foam remove most dirt from paintwork? I have the karcher pressure washer already. But pure water jet does not really remove the dirt. My normal hand wash can take up to 2.5 hours. I try to reduce the time to 30 minutes in winter.

Hi,jet washed mine the other day to cold to do a proper job,but used taffic film remover(TFR) and got a lot of the thick off.I just dipped the soap pipe onto the TFR covered the car with it and leave it for about 1-2mins then power wash of and looked ok.The power washer is a Karcher and the TFR is made by Swarfega one sachet makes 25ltr of TFR.

Thanks. I really want to wash my car tomorrow. Hope it won't be too cold.

As Red Zed said, the only thing that will give it a proper clean without touching it is TFR. This will however most likely strip any wax or sealant you have applied.

Snow foams and shampoos when appiled via pressure washer will loosen and remove dirt, but still leave a thin film of grime.

I use Valet Pro's Orange Pre-Wash, which is Wax safe.
