Thanks, I'll have another go later this weekDo them one by one
Can only assume you are still not quite doing it right. I have never had to set the system time on anything other than the module I am replacing.Checked the knee airbag, looks ok, thanks for the advice.
I had another go at programming. I managed to talk to the left b pillar ecu this time in tool32. But when I went back to faults, the system time needs resetting on all 3 modules, central SIM and the 2 b pillars.
How do I reset the system time on all 3 modules at the same time in tools32, or do I have to do them separately?
Thanks
I managed to find another b pillar module on eBay. Programmed it and I'm getting the same fault code 9886 as the last module... coding, firing circuit" issue involving the left knee airbag (E85) or left head airbag (E6x). Thinking it could now be the passenger airbag. I've disconnected it and there are 4 pins for the 2 stages. Please see attached pics. I presume if I placed 2 (2.2ohm) resistors in pins 1&2 and 3&4, will this work to test if the airbag is faulty?Atm, I am very short of SBSLs and don't have any to match yours, sorry.
