Everything was looking OK, shell 2 packed over shell 1. both shells were placed into the trunk, the rear module lowered and locked.
When I turn on the car. the red flashing light is illuminate and roof service message appear on the dash.
When I start moving the car, a second message of "roof not latched" is appearing and warning sound very annoying "as radio volume increase, the warning sound also increased"

So, I connect the car via the cable and run ISTA to check all sensors states:

The 1st and 3rd status were a bit weird, so I open the trunk lid and lock at the cowl locking and found it is unlocked!!!!
So I connected INPA, CTM, and lock the cowl as in this video

I looked at the dash, no flashing light and "roof service" message disappeared. I scan the sensors states and these are the states:

I closed the windows and they are now working....all four windows

Update
I assume, that the same result can be achived by just correcting the CTM config line in E89.ENG from CTM_E89 to CTM_89 and without copying a file.

Hello Robbi
You are right, it worked just by adding the line and file is already in the folder.
I formated the laptop and lost all software, now I went through this post. Thank you.

Now it is getting warm and warmer. But I am trying to delay the action of closing the roof as much as possible. I will try to close the roof using the button and not sure what is gonna happen....
