Been waiting a few months for this car to arrive. Managing with the Z has been interesting with two dogs. Initial impressions of the Cooper S are good. The service from the dealer Soper Mini in Lincoln has been excellent.

True Iain it is big. In my younger days I had a white Cooper S. They actually have an old Mini in Soper’s showroom at the moment and beside the current crop of cars it looks like a dinky toy. This new car is Angela’s choice but I have to admit to being impressed so far. The interior is lovely and is very comfortable. It drives well too. So we’ll see how we go.

Yes. Nothing like the smell of a new car is there?
It’s currently having the new car treatment at Proteq Detailers. Ceramic coating plus window protection. Took it in yesterday and will collect later today.

Like I said it’s growing on me. I’ve only driven it once and in sport mode it can shift, and you can throw it into roundabouts :rofl: .

However, I’m of the mindset it’s Linda’s car & I’ll stick to the Zed

We have driven it a bit more during the holiday period and are more than pleased so far. There has been a bit of a competition to get hold of the keys first.
