Mobile phone holder

Does anyone know of a decent phone holder that will fit well in an E85...I am not keen on the ones that clamp onto the heater vents ?
Thanks chaps :)

Tried many, however I find these Artek ones enable me to tuck an iPhone 12 mini right into the corner of the windscreen. No impact on visibility, can see Tomtom easily/prod a few button without taking eyes off the road. They stick like sh!t to a blanket until the glue eventually deteriorates after c.3 years. I use on all our cars, and take a spare one for hire cars too.

Thanks all , I think maybe the Brodit one sits a bit low when using phone as sat nav ...will look into the other suggestions too

I use the Belkin vent mount in my E86:
It's cheap and it holds my phone really solidly. You do miss out on a bit of A/C though, but I haven't found it to be too much of an issue.
Does it not make the vents droop down?

Not that I've experienced, the only downside has been the tail of the holder pushing into the ducting and forcing the adjustment to the middle.

I used a Baseus Big Ears wireless magnetic charger for the past 3 years in my F10, and liked it so much, I've installed the same in the Z. Minimal wires (which I'll be removing completely from view at some point once they're hardwired) and supports wireless charging.

The only consideration is whether the magnet is strong enough to hold your phone in place, although it does come with a nice faux leather covered metal plate that you can affix to your phone (or phone case) that will keep it secure.

I use the Scosche 4-in-1 holder which I bought from Halfords for £18:

There's a sticky pad which attaches to the aluminium (in my case) dash and then a lever operated vacuum sucker mount which sits on the pad. I didn't hold out too much hope to begin with as the dash is not quite flat, but it's been on for a couple of months now and still in place despite being bounced around on bumpy roads with the phone in the holder. Quite impressed to be honest.

I bet it will fall off tomorrow now I've said all that. :)

iottie magnetic wireless charging for me - no photos sorry! Downside is it attaches to the vent, but is very secure and the wires can be hidden behind the interior trim so looks very clean.

Used this solution a few times now across the various Zed’s I've owned - I like the minimalist nature of it and it provides versatility across multiple handsets

Sure enough, got in the car yesterday (Monday) morning to go to work, and there was the phone holder lying in the footwell :x . Guess the suction must have gone. If I need to do it too often, I think I'll just Araldite the damn thing to the plastic mounting plate. I've got to quite like it otherwise.
