Excellent condition Carbon Black, Heated Black Leather with Piano Black Interior Trim.

All the usual Z4M specification, (I think rear parking sensors and heated seats were options) aside from the M5 illuminated gear knob and gaiter.

Full Service History (BMW until 2017 then Specialist) as follows:

Running-In Service: 1146 miles at Grassicks BMW Perth (February 2008)
Oil Change: 10413 miles at Grassicks BMW Perth (April 2010)
Brake Fluid: 28952 miles at Cooper Chelmsford (September 2012)
Oil Change: 31891 miles at Cooper Chelmsford (June 2013)
Inspection 2 + Pads/Discs: 33568 miles at Fairfield Leigh on Sea (December 2015)
Checkup/Alignment/Detailing: 44400 miles at Munich Legends (November 2016)
Oil Change: 45586 miles at RSV Automotive BMW Indy (May 2017)
Brake Fluid: 45589 miles at RSV Automotive BMW Indy (June 2017)
Inspection 2/Belts/Uprated Cambolts/Brake Fluid: 54284 miles at Deutsch Tech MK BMW Indy (July 2018)
New Michelin Pilot Super Sport fitted: 54300 miles at Allon White Sports Cars Cranfield (July 2018)
New Genuine BMW Front Discs and Pads fitted: 55700 miles (October 2018)
Front Caliper Refurbishment by BCS with 4 year warranty: 55700 miles (October 2018)

As you can see, the car requires nothing until its next service, which will be an Oil Change.

Proof of Valve Clearance adjustment is included, the spec sheet (2 exhaust shims required) and photos during the work.

Car has been garaged during my ownership (since purchasing from RSV Automotive in June 2017) I'll let the pictures do the talking, any more questions just ask - hope i've not forgotten anything!

6+ keepers, both keys present and just been MOT'd so expires 10th November 2019.

The car is in light use so mileage will increase slightly, contact to arrange viewings however test drives will only be allowed with proof of fully comp insurance etc...

Be a good idea to add a price

Thanks :headbang:

Also some of the photos seem to have uploaded the wrong way around but I can't seem to rotate them when editing the post

Great looking car.
glwts.

Thanks!

Also forgot to mention in the advert. For peace of mind, I do have photos of the valve clearance adjustment being carried out along with the spec sheet, 2 exhaust shims were required. Whilst the rocker cover was off I had Deutsch Tech replace the VANOS bolts with the uprated ones seeing as they were in there.

Thanks Steve! You've got the lighting right in your sig to show off the colour.

Currently it's in the family garage in North Yorkshire, however it will be down in my new garage in Bedfordshire on the weekend of the 8th September.

Not sure which would be more convenient for you?

More than welcome to come and take a look over the car in either location :)

Im SW London so Bedfordshire would definitely be easier for me.

Might be able to make it up on the 9th (Sunday), but would probably be late afternoon if that could work?

A few questions, if that's alright:

What sort of condition are the 224's in?
When were the pads / discs last checked / replaced?
What was the reason for the interim oil change in Sept 17?

Great, Sunday afternoon would work for me.

I've attached some individual photos of the 224's for you, when I had them off to clean the weights etc ready for the Michelins to go on I would guess that one has been refurbished or is a newer wheel than the other three. All are straight(no welds/buckles) with little marking, possibly even original BMW paint on the three. some marks between the spokes on a front wheel.

They've not been bounced into kerbs etc or refurbished to hide this if that is what you are wanting to know!

I fitted E92 219M Wheels rather than refurb back when I bought the car. However if I was going to keep them, I would probably have them refurbished myself... but like to see them in the condition they are in now to know they're a good wheel (if that makes sense?!)

Front and Rear pads probably 75% life remaining? Checked the front discs with a vernier when the wheels were off and they were still around 27mm thickness, these were replaced at BMW Main Dealer Inspection 2 (with invoice evidence). Rear discs I have no evidence have been changed and I haven't done them in my ownership, they are fine but probably need refreshing in the next 10k miles.

Interim Oil change was basically off the recommendation of this forum (regular oil changes), from memory the Castrol 10w-60 Oil was on an August bank holiday offer and the filter was from Cotswold so a no brainer! (I have the receipts, date and exact mileage in the folder) I'd done about 7-8k miles since it's official oil change which split the difference to the due date of its Inspection (~58,000). I ended up having the Inspection done early as figured it would help with the sale.

Any more questions don't hesitate to ask! I put the responses in here as they are all useful questions that need answers :)

Thanks for the speedy response Mike

If I think of anything else I'll let you know. Else, I'll contact you next week to sort out details for Sunday (if it hasn't sold in the interim of course).

Hi Mike, i know you don't want offers but ill take a punt.

I really want imola red but yours its exceptional !

So i can offer you 18750 then pay 1250 (ive been quoted) and get it wrapped red (yea I want red very badly.

If that's taking the piss then just ignore me i thought i would ask.

Market seems slow but the right buyer will come along for the asking price if you hold out i think (should my offer be rubbish!)

(PS I have a carbon black 3.0si at the moment they are stunning)

Really sorry, can't give it away that low! As much as it would look good in imola red!

Thanks anyway, I think it is quite fairly priced especially with the recent spend.

It's £20k on the forum and not presently advertised elsewhere. I'd like it to go to an enthusiast - hence not scrimping with the recent maintenance. If it doesn't go i'll just continue to juggle it with an Exige V6, the Z4 has heated seats so a nice change as the days get colder!

Could always stretch to £21,250 for a wrapped Z4M

It is a great car despite not being the colour you're after!
