My daughter is taking delivery of a new Seat on PSP and it's black.

She hasn't paid for any paint treatment and I'm just wondering what advice folk have for the best way to protect the new paint?

I'm looking for something which is easy to apply and will last a long time whilst making it easier to clean the car. . . . :?

Thoughts and advice? Nanolex has been mentioned . . .

My favoured 2 that offer longevity of protection are Fusso https://www.amazon.co.uk/Soft99-Fusso-Coat-Dark-200g/dp/B00PQKYJCY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1476252826&sr=8-1&keywords=fusso+99

& Collinite 845 https://www.amazon.co.uk/Collinite-845-Insulator-Wax-473/dp/B000JK2D06/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1476252879&sr=8-1&keywords=collinite+845+insulator+wax

the Autosmart Topaz is also known for its longterm protection

I would look at the GTechniq range - the C1 provides 3 - 5 years of protection.

I use the C3v2 regularly on the bodywork plus C4 on trim, C5 on the wheels, G1 on my glass and I1 on the roof. Love the GTechniq stuff, expensive but well worth it.

The "magic" stuff I have on mine is not available in the UK, so I go to mainland Europe to have it done for each car.

Strange though as I have not seen a product equivalent in the UK yet which surprises me.

I agree with Markeg, gtechniq on a new car, ceramic coatings for something new Paul

I'd recommend Cquartz http://www.cquartz.com/product/cquartz-uk/. I had a coating applied by a local detailer after getting my black 35is and very impressed with the results. Very easy to "top up" with Reload http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/sealants/carpro-reload-spray-sealant/prod_782.html every 3-6 months depending on how often you wash your car.

Hi New to the forum, but saw you mention nanolex.
I have nanolex SI3DHD on my TT RS and SI3D on our fleet Limesont grey Golf 7. Previously had nanolex pro on my car.

My Car on the nanolex stand at waxstock :)

Freshly SI3DHD earlier this year.

Once I find my Z4M roadster I will get round to having it detailed and nanlolexed !

As an alternative ceramic option - Siramik is a good alternative.

Otherwise the Fusso and Collinite options suggested are superb.
