I use a megs wheel brightener bottle and pro spray head

with this

The bottle is fine, its just a bottle but the spray head, once open up a little to get a stronger stream, leaks all over. I mean full leaking all
over my hand which is pretty crap. Only had it about 18 months.

Anyone recommend some spray heads that will last?

Thanks

How about this

These but they are not cheap

Asda do the same style head as that Megs one buddy, chemical resistant claims for approx £1.

I bought half a dozen of them last summer when they had them at about 79p, seem to work very well indeed.

Question is, what are you spraying thru it? If it's a wheel cleaner I'd always recommend unscrewing the head and letting it soak in a cup of water until you use it again as the seals in them tend to break down and give you the results your experiencing.

Something with Viton seals will do the job but you'll pay some decent money for them or nip to Asda for some cheap throw away ones?

Thanks for the heads up. at that price I don't mind renewing often if anything happens. I'm using Bilbury wheel cleaner in them at present so expected no issues. Not exactly life or death though haha I'll pop over in the AM and pick some up.

thanks chaps.

These are fantastic!! Well worth the money

Finally got round to ordering some of that Sonax you recommended too  along with a new bottle of #845 ( love that stuff ) some PB sealant and some R888 wax for the summer months.

Looking forward to getting stuck in around April when I have some free time.

We use and stock industrial grade viton sealed bottles, same as the mercury kwasar bottles but under its sister company.

18 months is really good considering you're using it with bilberry wheel cleaner (alkaline). You'd be far worse if you were using megs wheel brightener or tar remover. We were going through about 4+ Grey chemical resistant spray heads a year before finally switching to a viton grade pump sprayer specific for using tar removers/solvents
