    Hello again, lost the car almost 3 weeks with a so called "specialist" and no further forward. Apparently there's a CAN line down which stops communication with the diagnostic kit. Finally realised I could raise the windows by holding the key in 'comfort mode' I'm going for the substitution...

    Sorry everyone, still no pictures. Actually no car at the moment. Managed to check it was out of 'transport mode' but struggled with communication any further so passed the car to a local garage for a quick fix. They believe the BCU is faulty and have sent it away for repair, (Almost 3 weeks...
