Hmmm... I don't suppose you have a link for where i could get a copy of that do you, it looks like the guy with the link has left the thread. if not, I've found V2.53 but its about 40Gb in size, does that sound about right?

Any of you guys got a rough idea what a garage will charge to fix this type of thing just so i know what to expect?

it looks like its lower than the O ring, it's where the housing meets the engine. I have no idea when the filter was last changed either so I guess its its time to get it in the garage :roll:

Nice one! I'll get the hammer out in the morning and remove it! :rofl: It does look like its leaking pretty bad as there are pools of oil in the various cavities around the engine below it. I'll clean it up and see if i can tighten it tomorrow. Now I know what it is, it doesn't sound like...

Yeah! in the second picture you can see where the oil is coming out, any idea what a leak from there might mean??

I tried that but got no joy either - did you use the software switch? i think this does this for you(maybe :? )... Going to have another bash at it tomorrow :D

Recently bought a 57 Z4 sport 2.0 and not long after started noticing spots of oil on my drive. Thanks for all your comments guys :thumbsup: I seem to have made a bit more progress after having another bash at it last night… I reinstalled windows7 32bit, previously had a 64bit install and I reinstalled all the software that came with the cable. It seems that instead of a physical switch...

Thats what i have (i think) silver K+DCAN INPA Compatible but when I try and run diagnostics in the DIs software it says something like can not communicate with head :? It doesn't have a switch on it like some of the others either. If i can be sure i have the right cable then i can start...
