    Just unbolt them and go for a drive and see if the noise goes away. Drop links usually knock when driving on bumpy roads.

    I disagree. They don't deteriorate if they are not being used. BMW don't specify a time interval for them to be changed.

    Do you mean new ones? It'll already have them fitted and at the mileage they don't need changing. What tyres do you have?

    Chuck a bottle of Redex in the tank and see what happens. My pump is noisy but Redex sorts it our for almost a year at a time.

    mine did the same and BMW Scanner 1.4 identified that it was the internal motion sensor that was activating so i just disabled it and...
