For those running 19" alloy wheels who have switched from run-flat tyres to non-run-flat tyres, I would be interested to hear your experiences. In addition to the commonly noted improvements in ride quality and handling, have you found that non-run-flat tyres with 30/35 profile offer better...

Having just changed from E85 > E89 I can see your logic in a specific spec but you will no doubt have to compromise - ultimately it comes down to condition, history and price.

Thanks - I didnt know that - was that the same with the E85? I must of had a good one as didnt use any oil at all between services.

Been an E85 2.5 owner for many years and have now sold it on and looking to replace with an E89. I was looking at either another 6 cylinder 2.5/3.0 manual or auto but have seen a 2.0 28i manual close to me and made me consider as the performance is better than the 2.5 and VED cheaper. So...

Ive used M-Tec in the past - some say they have had issues but to be fair never had a problem
