Thanks for the reply. Yeah I put the number in and it all went through and said it was connected, but then nothing happened other than it flashing BT Pairing until I got out of the car. No matter I guess, not like I ever have any urgent calls. I'll distract myself from it by fixing the flashing...

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of trouble pairing my phone with the Bluetooth in my 04 z4. The display says 'sucessful' and then beeps, but then goes on to say 'BT Pairing' for upwards of 20 minutes or so - at which point I normally give up. I'm assuming it couldn't possibly take that long to upload...

Haha, I did think it was a bit odd. The thing is it only drops by like an inch or so when you release it so it doesn't seem like a lot of extra space?
