    It turns out 23i and 30i are both label as high power class, so all need to do is find the correct software version and gearbox version to flash. The MSV80 software on E89 Z4 is different from regular E90/E60 msv80 so the RSA delete won't apply, don't need that though. I've helped him flashed...
