how easy is the retro fit?

We've got them stretching the whole width of 2 lanes near us, literally no way to avoid them. Have reported the one, got fixed but it looked like Stevie wonder had done the repair.

Wish I had a set I could scan, they're such a small panel reckon they could be replicated easily enough
