What did you do to your Z4M today?

On my way back from a very enjoyable ring trip with the boys today - pics to follow!

    Electric Ferrari

I know it's utterly horrendous and not disputing that but for me the interesting thing will be what people with the money and inclination to buy a Ferrari will say... Not knocking the discourse on here but how many of us are really the target market for Ferrari..? Lol The interesting thing will...

Searching for Owner of Vehicle DR06 ZED LD39870

This thread has a whiff of the sepang brigade about it; meeting up and parking by order of ascending vin number and all that :poke: Each to their own I guess!

What did you do to your Z4M today?

The oe arb must be quite soft at the rear! Are you running an aftermarket one?

What did you do to your Z4M today?

Thanks! I still love the way it looks after nearly I years :) As to rubbing a true rear - Only ever so slightly on stuff like the karrussel at the ring - the rear arches have been rolled a bit though. The suspension is compressed on the drivers rear due to unven ground in front of the garage...

What did you do to your Z4M today?

Here you are 😅 Sorry I've not got anything better, been flat out painting and sorting post garage loft conversion, and now the kids on half term! I'll hopefully get some pre-ring photos later in the week once it's had a bucket thrown over it!

What did you do to your Z4M today?

Got my aero skirts painted and fitted, and a Malc Buck btcc brake kit fitted too 😎 rather pleased with the result, although the car already needs a clean!

    Group 1 (sopers of Lincoln)

Shame to hear that. I've no direct experience, but if you're after an alternative, I've used Cotswold BMW for most of my recent parts orders; very helpful and you get a forum discount if you mention you're on M3 Cutters :) They've managed to post out plenty of bits to me no issue!

    WindScreen Glass NLA(!)

Thanks Micke, If it has a bmw logo it'll be original bmw. The actual supplier is likely Pilkington based on what I've learned today!

    WindScreen Glass NLA(!)

Well this is a bit of a shocker - I have a cracked windscreen which needs replacing (duh). I've had this before a few years ago, and previously National Windscreens have sourced a Genuine OE BMW glass no issue, so requested the same again this time. They phoned me back - the OE screen is now...

    Z4M front bumper angle

If no one else gets this to you by the end of the day I can dig my plate surround out of the garage and take some measurements from which you should be able to calculate the angle

    Hi from the Peaks!

Hi from just north of Ashbourne and welcome! Get a 3.0si if you can, I had a 3.0si coupe for over 5 years as a daily when I was 24, I bloody loved it! Put 60k on it - it was the perfect daily and fun car all rolled into one! Good luck with your search :)

Thoughts to bring some life to steering

2 pages in and probably the only actually worthwhile response to the op, aside from Brillomasters! 😂 What are you actually after OP? sharper handling immediately off centre? More grip, less understeer? The Z4m has a very quick steering rack (quicker than the 'purple tag e46 m3 csl' rack!) so...

Z4M specific bells for AP Racing Pro5000R BTCC Kit - interest?

Hi all, I'm in discussions with Malc Buck about getting a specific Z4M bell made for his Pro5000R BTCC brake kit. I'm aware there are at least a couple of bods on here running his e46 m3 kit with some minor adaptions to suit the Z4m (the caliper to disc offset is 2mm different between the...

WANTED Z4M Front hub assembly - either side any condition

Hi all Any chance anyone has a front hub assembly for a z4m knocking about? I need to get it sent to someone to make up some custom bells for the e85/6 M to run the pro 5000R btcc kit. It needs ideally to be the hub with the wheel bearing and dust shield in place. I think there might be a...
