Welcome to the forum Mani Is it possible a previous owner has had an airbag fault and has somehow tampered with the instrument cluster?

Must be using it to keep his passenger locked into the seat while he presses the ejector seat

Looks like it might have been pointless fabricating a new filter housing to make this fit the Z4 then. Cant see them getting many orders from Z owners

TBF i got them second hand so was worth the risk for me.

I use 4 series Rubber Mats in my E86. Decent enough fit tbf

I did try and find it on here ages ago but the reg wasn't on his post so that'll be why. The box of history it come with other than the BMW invoices listed above is testament to the previous owners despite the low miles. Including an Alpine F1 mechanic ( not wootsy btw )
