May not be your issue, but I misfired when my injector seals were toast.. If you can pull out your injectors loosely without a slide hammer.. replace your seals..

I hope you replaced it with a nonplastic aftermarket. i think those are aluminium bolts as well and need replaced. Was trying to find a pic of mine back on, I think I put it back.. :D
