How did you time that and were you taking the picture, in the car or in the plane?!

I wish I could respond in the affirmative to at least one of those questions but unfortunately I can't otherwise it would certainly have been entered for picture of the month.

Alas it's someone else's photo of a US Air Force F-15E doing close to 600mph at 250 feet through the Mach Loop - the car was some boring family wagon so that's the only part of it I asked AI to effect

So would I - I have great memories of climbing mountains in Scotland as a kid and looking down on the fighter jets flying below us in the valley.
