Midlands HQ today welcomed a special guest and Z4 all the way from Italy. @Alemito is here for a holiday and to pick up some parts. Today we had to repair a dodgy connection on his aftermarket oil cooler, and tomorrow will see the installation of msport seats. These are RHD seats converted to LHD, I have swapped the seat motors and loom in to the RHD passenger seat and added a LHD switch pack, so, in essence, these will be electric, heated, dual memory and also with the additional modification of e46 lumbar support, which plugs is via a connection on the rear of the switch pack.

This will be the 3rd Z4 I'm aware of with dual memory seats, and the 2nd one I've done. @Z44Jon has dual memory as do I, and both these cars will also be at Zedfest.

This was a stock 2.5, but it's nothing like it now.

M-Sitz - neues Sitzpolster und Lordosenstütze einbauen

Ende letzten Jahres habe ich mir endlich den Wunsch erfüllt und schöne M-Sitze zugelegt. Leider mußte ich nach ein paar Kilometern feststellen, dass mir der Rücken in den Sitzen weh tut. Nach einiger Recherche hier im Forum hat sich dann herausgestellt, dass die Sitzpolster der M-Sitze gerne...
