Just finished putting my steering pump back switched ignition on all as it should be then I noticed all my break lights were on would that be foot pedal switch if so where to get a new (eBay) or ??

It said break lights, so presuming these are for warning of parts that are breaking?

Mine usually just breaks/brakes

(Some car I worked on (forget if it was a BMW, might have been an E90) allowed you to adjust the position of the pedal switch slightly to vary the amount of dead travel before activating. And of course set a negative amount of dead travel.)
