New Member & 1st time Z4 owner

Hi All,

Just purchased my first Z4, this forum kept coming up in my research before buying so have joined & will no doubt have questions to raise! Located near Guildford.

Pics below, 2.5i, nice low 61k mileage and pretty good condition generally. Sure to mod it now! Roof motor is all good & working but hasnt been relocated so plan to get that done, ordered a ZHP gear knob, plus have ordered Jolly's carbon intake box. Was toying with a head unit replacement but for now have gone for a Bluemusic cable to install to the OEM unit. Sure there will be more to come!

But they can do anything else to keep a Z4 at its' best - they've just fitted new rear brake pipes to my car.

A ZHP is a big improvement, but it's worth getting rid of the Clutch Delay Valve too!

Thanks yeah I've not seen another with these on it. The history book I've got shows someone bought them from BMW in 2010 for over £1300, not sure what was on there before or why they did the swap!

I'll relocate the roof motor myself but good to know of a specialist around the area. I'll look into the clutch delay valve. Thx for the tip
