@Pondy, I've sent the complaint to the ombudsman on Monday, which was the same day I had my new dash cam fitted, fool me once.....
@ori, that's how they now, in their eyes, why it correctly operated, the sensors had been deformed sufficiently for their to be a detectable (above a threshold) change in resistance in two of the four sensors, that is why they are stating it is not a warranty issue.
My argument to them and the ombudsman is that, as there is no physical sign of impact, then it is either two faulty sensors or a calibration/sensitivity issue.
