Spotted today… show us your weird, rare and gorgeous spots

There was a Pistonheads event at the Mini Factory yesterday morning so I took a few photos.

They had the 1 millionth Mini outside, built in 2007, and the 10 millionth - but that number includes plenty of horrors that look nothing like any Mini!

That must have been the millionth BMW Mini from 2007, since the millionth original Mini was made more than sixty years ago!
Looks like the weather was good - that TVR colour looks great in the sunshine.

You're right it was the millionth BMW Mini.

It was the colour that drew me towards the TVR. A lairy car deserves a stand-out colour!

Spotted last summer at a trackday of all places. Made me feel much better about missing the biggest car meet of the year. Cherry on top was everyone spectating the F40 going for a few laps in its own private session and having a spin at T1.

Apparently owned by a family who loves to take it to the track on occasion. Great to see this example being treated properly.

I couldn't get a photo but I saw a lovely dark blue Aston Martin DB6 on the M3 this afternoon.

No idea what kind of Austin-Healey it is but this thing was gorgeus. Seen today at a local car show.
If it’s a 3000 with the 3l straight six, they can be surprisingly quick. Years ago, one easily kept pace with my 225hp Mk I Audi TT on the dual carriageways between Frimley Park Hospital and Sandhurst (location reference for Mr T), both accelerating from traffic lights and at high speed.
