Hi all, I'm after a pair of the yellow male connector blocks that are on the seat side of the connector.

In particular I need the small individual black connector blocks for the seat belt and pretensioner cables.

Thanks

Yellow plug with wire is part number: 52108255704

Black plug for pretensioner: 61138377143

Seat belt clip wire doesn't need a black plug as it connects directly into the yellow plug.

You'll be better off returning the pretentioners and buying some with all the plugs on as the yellow plugs from BMW are £24 each.

Cheapest option is to harvest the parts off your old seat pretensioners if possible.

What a legend thank you.

So yes I bought the buckles and pretensioner thinking it would be easy to get the connectors...
Even found a new occupancy mat (I'm going for after market seats fyi).

Will take a look... But thanks again pal. Super helpful.

Got two right hand buckles here.

The pretensioner is pinned into the yellow block, the buckle is on a removable plug with identifiable black and white wires, so potentially could be spliced into your cut wires.

I did think as much.
I can snip them off and they should be ok soldered with heat shrink.
I'm loathed to try and disassemble the clasp it goes into.
Why on earth would anyone faff about snipping and soldering, with the inherent problems that could bring, when you can simply take the whole tensioner and buckle assembly, complete with the yellow plug, and swap the whole thing over, maintaining proper electrical integrity. It is probably also quicker and simpler to do. One torx bolt!

Yup that's sound advice @enuff_zed just that he has two drivers buckles from what I understood....

Or should I take the dog for a walk and leave this to the grown ups again?

Wouldn't be the first time I've thought of the most difficult way of doing something simple.

It is far simpler to swap the whole unit. Agreed.
The op has, if I'm correct, a pair of savaged assemblies and I only have 2 right hand ones currently.

The problem isn't insurmountable.
