Roof, boot, and window issue

Hi guys,
I haven't had an issue with my roof, windows, or boot before today. I attempted to open my roof, the windows lowered all the way and then the switch flashed red. I looked at the boot and the soft close was pulsing up and down and I couldn't get it to stay down. Fast forward past me locking/unlocking, pressing the boot down etc over and over. The boot now will not open via the badge or fob, when I attempt to drive the car tells me the boot is open and the roof is having issues, the roof down button is flashing and my windows are stuck down in rainy England.
Any help would be much appreciated as i don't want the car stolen or flooded for obvious reasons.

Also if anyone knows how to force the windows closed for now that would be IDEAL

Have a search on here it looks like your boot soft close mechanism has failed and needs replacing.

Sadly there is no way to get the windows up if your roof is throwing codes and issues

Sometimes after a period of leaving it powered down it may reset and work to close it. But it may not

There may be another option to manually close the roof if it’s mid cycle

The thing is I was trying to open the roof, it didn't even attempt to. Upon further inspection it looks like one side has tried to lift?
