Seriously own up

Had a car over for roof issues. I knew this was the issue from looking at it previously: had to change all 4 roof hydraulic lines… because someone previously decided to extend them and used brake line fittings to do so

Unbelievable

At one point prior to fixing the lines I connected the roof motor and it was like the Trevi fountain in the boot

And did you manage to give it some? ;)

No idea what you are talking about. All I noticed was the lack of weeds or moss between your drive pavers. How do you keep it so weed-free, cos mine is shite no matter what I do. :)

Bleach is your friend Andrew. 👍

Anyway I'm not responsible for that mess, as like mmm-five I've never had a folding roof.

Possibly yanked through in the North West and kinked the pipes so had a repair added?
I’ve had two of those particular relocations with kinked pipes. But never had a repair like that.
I guess if you do the job in 45 minutes you don’t have time to check the orientation of the pipes.

Allegedly

That is absolutely mental. It's a classic example of why you shouldn't use components designed for different pressure systems on these Z4 roofs. Glad you managed to get it sorted properly, as those leaks can cause a right mess with the rest of the boot electronics if left unchecked.
