Can you access the Xenon control unit without removing the bumper/headlights?

If the car is on the ramp without under tray or through arch liner? I've got a dead xenon and not sure if I'm going to get chance to do it myself before the MOT.
 
If you get the arch liner off you should be able to access to electric control unit under the light
 
FYI it will be held in with 3x torx screws. Not sure if you'll have the access to remove all 3?
Don't attempt to remove the module without having all 3 out!
