Weird sound from front of car while driving

A knocking sound has started coming from the front of my e89 23i driving around town but not on faster the motorway and fast a roads. If anyone has any idea what it is itd be much appreciated. Only just started, had the car 3 months

Coincides with bumps..sounds very light and 'tappety'

ARB drop links, ARB disconnected, loose brake parts, broken spring, worn top hat... needs a decent inspection in good light!
